The relocation of The City’s main arts high school as part of the creation of a downtown education hub will be discussed at tonight’s Board of Education meeting. The proposal would move Ruth Asawa School of the Arts to a downtown site as part of the planned citywide arts education center at 135 Van Ness Ave.
