Police arrested a male driver who allegedly struck a passing SUV
while attempting to flee from police in San Francisco's Bayview District this
afternoon, a police spokesman said. At 3:38 p.m., police on patrol near the intersection of Fitzgerald
Avenue and Hawes Street noticed a reckless and suspicious driver, according
