A man shot and killed at an apartment building in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood early Saturday morning was identified as a 26-year-old San Francisco resident, according to the San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office.
Stephen Guillermo was found suffering from a gunshot wound about 1:40 p.m. inside an apartment in the 900 block of Mission Street, according to police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A suspect, identified as 68-year-old Amisi Sudi Kachepa of San Francisco, was found at the scene, police said. He was arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to San Francisco County Jail.
