A woman was robbed of her purse early Tuesday morning just as she stepped out of her Western Addition home, police said. The 27-year-old victim was opening the door to her home in the 1900 block of Turk Street about 2:20 a.m. when a man in his 30s who had apparently been waiting outside grabbed her purse.
The woman resisted, but the crook was able to run off with the purse.
No arrest has been made.
