
A no-injury collision occurred on southbound Interestate 280 just north of the Westborough Boulevard onramp at 7:52 a.m.
Two more no-injury collisions were reported shortly thereafter. The first was on northbound I-280 just south of U.S. Highway 101 at 7:59 a.m. The second occurred on northbound I-280 before the Geneva Avenue offramp at 8:24 a.m. and blocked the right lane of traffic.
A traffic hazard was reported on northbound I-280 just south of Interstate 380 at 7:20 a.m.
Commuters should expect heavy traffic and delays around the Moscone Center due to Oracle OpenWorld, which continues through Thursday.
The Powell/Hyde Cable Car line remained down Wednesday, with shuttles providing service on the route as of 5:46 a.m.
Muni lines 14-Mission, 24-Divisadero, 33-Stanyan and 49-Mission/Van Ness had longer that typical wait times as of 5:49 a.m.
Muni riders may also experience residual delays on the outbound L-Taraval line from a power line down at Taravel Street and Sunset Boulevard at 5:54 a.m.
