A collision on southbound U.S. Highway 101 just north of the Cesar Chavez Street offramp at 7:26 a.m. blocked the right shoulder, causing delays.
An animal-related hazard was reported on southbound I-280 just north of state Highway 1 at 7:25 a.m.
A hit-and-run with no injuries occurred on southbound Highway 101 on the Cow Palace offramp at 8:15 a.m.
