A woman was knocked unconscious and kidnapped from the Pier 39 area Saturday and dropped off at Oyster Point in South San Francisco, police said Monday.
The 35-year-old victim was at Pier 39 between 6 and 7 p.m. when an unknown suspect approached her from behind and slipped a pillow case over her head, and knocked her unconscious, police said.
The victim told police she awoke when she was pushed out of a vehicle near Oyster Point in South San Francisco.
She reportedly walked around for hours before she flagged someone down to call for an ambulance, police said.
The woman sustained minor injuries to her face and was treated at a hospital.
Police said there were possibly three suspects in the kidnapping, but had little description of the suspects or the vehicle.
