A traffic hazard was reported on northbound Highway 101 at the connector to Interstate 280 at 7:38 a.m. Another traffic hazard was reported on southbound Highway 101 near the Octavia Street onramp at 7:45 a.m.
A no-injury collision occurred on southbound Highway 101 just south of the Sierra Point Parkway offramp at 7:30 a.m.
At 7:09 a.m., BART was recovering from a 10- to 15-minute delay at Balboa Park station on the Daly City line in the Pittsburg/Bay Point, Dublin/Pleasanton, Richmond, San Francisco International Airpot and Daly City directions due to police activity.
The Muni northbound M-Ocean View line was delayed at the intersection of Eucalyptus Drive and Ocean Avenue at 7:08 a.m. due to a train that had an issue with its steps.
