The first two burglaries were reported in the Sunset and occurred some time between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 11:30 a.m. Monday.
One burglary occurred in the 1700 block of Great Highway, police said. Two male residents, both 29, went to bed about 11:30 p.m. One of the victims woke up a short time later and noticed that his door was open, police said. He got up and shut the door and went back to sleep.
When the two victims woke up in the morning, they noticed that a bicycle, wallet and external computer hard drives were missing.
The other Sunset area burglary was in the 1200 block of 25th Avenue, police said. In that case, a 27-year-old man went to sleep and woke up the next morning about 9 a.m. and noticed items were missing from his living room. His losses were a jacket, backpack and smartphones.
The third burglary was in the 100 block of Yerba Buena Avenue near the Sherwood Forest neighborhood west of Mt. Davidson, police said.
In that case, the 56-year-old female victim had returned to her home about 1 p.m. Monday and noticed her back door had been left open, police said. When she entered her residence she saw the place had been ransacked and that jewelry was missing from her bedroom.
There are no known suspects in any of the burglaries.
