Facebook Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg has enlisted Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Qualcomm Inc. and four other companies for a project aimed at bringing Internet access to people around the world who cannot afford it, following efforts by Google Inc.
