SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO — A man who was killed in a fiery crash on Interstate 280 in South San Francisco on Sunday has been identified by the San Mateo County Coroner's Office as 26-year-old Justin Lee Arena of South San Francisco. Arena was heading north on I-280 at about 3:15 a.m. when his Chevy truck veered off the roadway and crashed near Junipero Serra Boulevard, California Highway Patrol Officer Mike Ferguson said.…
