Two people who were killed in a crash in Burlingame on Monday have been identified as Daly City resident Zhong Liang Li and San Francisco man Henry Huanyu Situ, both 35 years old, according to the San Mateo County Coroner's Office. The two men and a third passenger were in a Volkswagen sedan heading north on Interstate Highway 280 about 5:20 p.m., California Highway Patrol Officer Moises Escoto said.…
