Legislation introduced by state Sen. Jerry Hill, D-San Mateo, in response to a fatal limo fire on the San Mateo Bridge in May faces a key vote today in the Assembly Appropriations Committee. Hill's legislation, Senate Bill 338, would, among other things such as requiring more inspections of vehicles, mandate that limos with a seating capacity of fewer than 10 people carry a fire extinguisher onboard.…
