It wasn't Captain Crook or the Hamburglar, but a suspect in two takeover-style robberies of McDonald's restaurants in the Bay Area was arrested earlier this month, San Mateo police announced Tuesday. Felix Gonzalez-Becerra, 42, of Oakland was arrested Sept. 2 on Interstate 880 in San Leandro after police said they spotted his vehicle fleeing the scene of a burgled fast-food joint in the Laurelwood Shopping Center on West Hillsdale Boulevard in San Mateo.…
