A 23-year-old man who was killed in a crash on state Highway 1 in San Mateo County on Saturday has been identified as Sanjeev Joshi of Visalia according to the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office. The deadly crash occurred just south of the Tom Lantos Tunnels at Devil’s Slide around 3:25 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.…
