A man was injured during a road-rage incident near Mt. Davidson Park on Tuesday, police said.
The 66-year-old victim got into an argument with a driver in the area of Teresita Boulevard and Isola Way about 3:49 p.m., police said.
The enraged driver reportedly got out of his gray SUV and ran up to the victim and punched him in the face, police said. The victim fell to the ground and the brute fled.
The victim's face was injured and he sought his own medical treatment, police said. The driver of the gray SUV remains at large.
Police said he appeared to be in his 50s.
